Terrazzo grout line removal.
Above is an example of a floor we have recently worked on. All the grout lines were removed as they had cracked, been replaced with white epoxy or were missing altogether. We can normally cutout, epoxy fill and sand back 1000 linear mtrs of joints in two days between three operatives. All the grinding and sanding is extracted out and the epoxy we use is very low in stylene so odours are kept to a minimum.
Above is a floor in a restaurant in Salcombe. The joints above were damaged or missing so they were ground out and a liquid epoxy poured in .Often the epoxy flows in underneath the tile filling voids.
Once all the epoxy has set we sand it back flush with the surface and then grind and polish the floors. Once finished this floor had three coats of Ultraguard,
